Job Description

‍Studio 11 is seeking an experienced and talented Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in all stages of the design process, from initial concept development to final installation. Working closely with clients, architects, and vendors, you will bring creativity, expertise, and attention to detail to every project, ensuring exceptional results that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive design presentations, including floor plans, renderings, and material boards.
• Source and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories that align with the design vision.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation.
• Oversee project implementation, including coordination with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and technologies to enhance design capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on high-end residential or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
• NCIDQ certification is a plus.
